This notice explains what personal data Rylent collects when you contact us through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have. We keep it short and plain. It is not legal advice; for any question use the contact below.
Who is responsible
Rylent BV, with registered office at Puursesteenweg 205, 2880 Bornem, Belgium, and enterprise number BE 1040.556.513, is the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect and why
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and the message you write.
We use this only to read, respond to, and qualify your enquiry. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
Legal basis
We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and, where you provide it voluntarily, your consent. You can withdraw at any time by asking us to delete your data.
Who can see it
Two processors handle this data on our behalf: Resend, which delivers the notification email to our inbox, and Supabase, which stores the enquiry. Both are bound to process it only on our instructions.
Where a processor stores or routes data outside the EU, that transfer relies on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months, unless a working relationship begins, in which case it is kept as part of that relationship, or you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict our processing of it. To exercise any of these, email hello@rylent.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données).
Cookies and tracking
We ask before we set anything that is not strictly necessary. On your first visit a banner offers both choices side by side, accept all or reject all, alongside a per-category selection. Nothing in the analytics or advertising categories runs until you allow it, and there is no cookie wall: the site works either way.
Strictly necessary: one first-party cookie (rylent_consent) records the choice you make, for six months, so we do not ask again on every page. It holds no identifier we use to follow you across other sites.
Analytics: cookie-based measurement of how pages are found and used. Separately, and regardless of your choice, we count traffic with privacy-friendly cookieless analytics that set no cookie and build no profile.
Advertising: with your consent, Google and Meta may set cookies that let us measure which advertising campaigns lead to an enquiry, and let those platforms show our ads to people who visited this site. Without your consent none of it is set. Those platforms may process the data in the United States, under safeguards of the kind described above.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent and applies from the moment you save it.

If this notice changes, we will update the date at the top. The version shown applies from that date.
